The Benevolence Ministry of WBC is located at The Place, 3911 Pulaski Pike. Opportunities for service include sorting and hanging clothes, driving donated clothing from the Martha Fleming Ministry Center located at 7300 Whitesburg Dr to The Place and substituting in office administrative work. The Place, Whitesburg Baptist Church on Pulaski Pike has many strategic opportunities for service. They include Preschool director, working with 3's,4's and 5 year old's, children 1st through 5th grades, youth , 6th - 12th grade, and adults in Sunday morning 11 a.m. Life Groups. Our Summer mission journey to Williamsburg, Kenutcky will be July 1-5, 2013. We will serve with our partner, Wolf Creek Missionary Baptist Church in evangelistic outreach during Vacation Bible School. Approximately 200 children come to the VBS. In addition our team will serve in other Backyard Bible Clubs and  service projects in and around the Williamsburg Region with Cedar Ridge Ministry and the Appalachia Regional Ministry.

Our California Global Mission Team will be traveling to San Francisco September 12-19 to serve in the San Francisco Bay region with the SEND San Francisco Team. We will be involved in one-on-one evangelism, prayer walking and service projects.

Come join the 2013 London Bridges team July 25- August 2, 2013 as we serve with Loughton Baptist Church. We will be serving in Red Bridge, Loughton and greater, metropolitan London regions.

WBC will be traveling to Zimbabwe September 6-14, 2013 We will be partnering with Pastor Norman Schaefer and the Open Baptist Church in leadership training and evangelistic outreach in the nation of Zimbabwe. Visit the Open Baptist Church Facebook for more information.

WBC will travel to the Sigisoara region of Romania, October 17-26, 2013. We will be serving in a leadership training seminar with Betania Baptist and Manna Churches as well as serving in outreach among the gypsy population.

WBC will be partnering with Engage Sochi during the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia. We will seek to share Christ through one-on-one encounters with people from all over the world using Olympic pin trading as our platform.

WBC will be serving with our Partner Andrew Palau in Kingston, Jamaica. We will be serving in medical, evangelistic and service projects during the Season of Service leading up to the Fun in the Son Festival.

A team from WBC will be traveling to Nazareth, Israel to serve in Vacation Bible School Ministry with the Nazareth Baptist School. In addition to serving in Vacation Bible School we will also be traveling to many sites in the Holy Land where our Savior lived and ministered.
