Rwanda Green Hills Mission
It seems like a dream, somewhere between the joy and love of Christ. Harvey Stewart, Dawn Shurden, Zach Carter and I just returned from Rwanda where we had the opportunity to join God with our WBC partner Africa New Life Ministry. Africa New Life seeks to share the Gospel using two hands, the hand of compassion and the hand of evangelism, sharing the freedom and hope of Christ. We were able to serve at the Vision for the Future Pastors and Christian Leaders seminar , Business Leaders banquet in downtown Kigali and evangelistic outreach in Kayonza. In addition we were able to enjoy God's creation on Team Day at Akagera Game Park. As I was driving in the snow coming home yesterday after traveling through Brussels , New Jersey and Atlanta my mind returned to Psalm 34:8 "...the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him". Thank you Africa New Life Ministry for an amazing mission outreach , Green Hills Mission Team for your faithful service and Whitesburg Baptist Church for sending the 2013 Rwanda Global Mission Team.
